Terms & Conditions of booking




By making a booking, you are agreeing to abide by our terms and conditions. Read these carefully




- All bookings must be secured by a booking fee. appointments are not secured until it has been received. If your booking fee hasn't been received within 24 hours of booking your appointment will be offered to someone else. in case of a positive patch test result, the booking fee will be refunded to the card that paid it. In all other cases it is non-refundable. Refunds for patch test positive results can only be returned before 72 hours from appointment.


- We cannot accept online bookings from anyone with previous work that hasn't been carried out here. You must contact us on 0333 772 9428 to arrange a video consultation. Much previous work cannot be worked over due to certain pigment ingredients. we cannot accept responsibility for Turning clients away who have not disclosed their previous work. They will still be charged for the session.


- A consultation form is provided online for each client. We accept no liability for any incorrect information provided.


- We are committed to providing a high level of service. Our training was of the highest standard and we undergo further training consistently. we have years of experience and thousands of procedures that ensure our knowledge of different skin types, pigments and equipment is extensive. We go to great lengths to control the hygiene and safety of the environment in which you receive your treatment and the treatment itself. We cannot take responsibility for the healing of your results as they are subject to lifestyle, genetics and individual differences.


- Aftercare is vital for healing. We provide enough for both of your treatments. Should any more be needed at the second session it is available to purchase.


- Permanent Make up is always a two part process. Your PMU is not finished after the first session so results cannot be judged until the second session has been carried out and fully healed.


- Permanent make up goes through lots of changes in the healing phase. You will be advised of these and it's important to trust the process. No assessment of results can be made until they are fully healed.


- Permanent make up is an art and not a science. Individual results may vary and cannot be guaranteed. Make up may still need to be worn.


-  Most treatments are inclusive of two sessions which completes the process for the vast majority of individuals. Further sessions, if needed, are chargeable.


- Children under 18 are not permitted in the clinic by law.


- Masks must be worn in the clinic at all times, except for lip treatments.


- We reserve the right to refuse treatment at any point for any reason



Cancellation Policy


due to the nature of our treatments and the length of time needed, it is difficult to fill cancellations at the last minute. Please try and avoid cancellations unless necessary and give us as much notice as possible. The cancellation policy is enforced regardless of whether you paid a deposit. You must cancel your appointment via phone or email.

Tattoos whilst infectious are inadvisable as your immune system is already compromised and this will affect your results. We cannot admit anyone with an infectious disease as we must protect our most vulnerable clients. Please cancel in good time if you are ill.
